This year we are adding a new level of assessment into the program. We have attained a new InBody assessment tool this spring as an opportunity to measure where you are at the start of your program and the progress you’ve made at the end of your journey -the goal being improved tissue integrity. As we age, we experience something called sarcopenia. Sarco-what? Sarcopenia is the loss of muscle mass and the development of adipose tissue in its place. Obviously, this is a less than ideal state of affairs. Our goal is to help you find long-term ways to maintain healthy connective tissue and find manageable way to maintain muscle, revv your metabolism, and support your detox pathways (in whichever order and magnitude you hope to achieve). This program is a two month program, and starts with a month of the base detox followed by a month of tissue integrity building and improvement. After you complete the first month ($249), we will reassess and plan the second month of work (as is most appropriate for your needs). Tissue Integrity add on month is $299.
